Hi There,
Chuck and I are going to get
very small tattoos on our wrist representing and memorializing Nathan from the
cancer that finally took his life. Why the wrist? Because I'll see it every
day; not that I won't remember Nate every day but I want a permanent symbol of
the cancer he fought so hard against.
Chaz, being the kind and sweet boy he is, also wanted to memorialize Nathan and
has already had a tattoo for Nathan on his arm. His tattoo is of an original
thought....you see, with brain cancer the color associated with it is silver
(such as pink is breast cancer) and with malignant melanoma, the color is
(appropriately, black). You'll see from the attached pictures that thru Chaz's
creativity he has represented both diseases. Nathan's official diagnosis was
Malignant Melanoma but because he battled with 33 brain tumors, I consider the
diagnosis as a toss up. I plan to have 2 cancer ribbons tattooed in in each
color on each wrist.
I don't know what I'd do without your talent with creating websites and,
naturally, mostly Nathan's website. Is there any way you would please, please,
please somehow add Chaz's tattoo and maybe a few words to the website; I would
more than certainly appreciate it so very much. It's funny the things that help
me cope.
Chuck and me will not be the brave soul to have the size of Chaz's tattoo bug,
when complete maybe have our pics added as well.
More thanks than I can express.
Kim
